St. Edith Catholic School is now accepting applications for enrollment in all grades (PS3, Prek4, Kindergarten  8th Grade) for the 2022-2023 school year.

After eight wonderful years at St. Edith Catholic School, Mrs. Georgene Wojciechowski will be retiring as principal at the end of June 2022. St. Edith Catholic School is now seeking a principal who possesses a strong commitment to the Catholic Faith and Catholic education. The new principal should be prepared to work closely with the pastor, faculty, staff, and parents as well as working with the Archdiocesan Department of Catholic Schools to ensure the vitality of our school. Welcome our New Parish Social Worker!

Patti Kelly, Parish Social WorkerPlease join us in extending a warm welcome to our new parish social worker, Patti Kelly, who started with St. Edith this month. Her office is located in the church building in the Christian Service Office.

Patti has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in psychology and a Master of Social Work, a Master of Public Health all from The University of Michigan, and is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the State of Michigan.  She has been employed in the area of social work for 14 years.  She has worked as a program consultant, program coordinator, program consultant, clinical outreach supervisor and an outreach social worker.  Patti has been involved in a variety of volunteer activities at the several local churches. 

Patti will be working with the Parish and our St. Edith School identifying and coordinating hands on service activities for middle school, youth and adults and making a variety of presentations in the Parish and School.  She will be meeting with individuals to arrange referrals to outside agencies.  Patti will be spending some time getting to know our Parish and all of you.
