Hot Lunch Program
All Hot Lunch orders are placed electronically using St. Edith Catholic School’s HotLunchOnline.com account.
Hot Lunch starts Thursday, October 4th and will continue every Thursday when there’s a full day of school. Weekly orders must be placed by 11:59 PM on the previous Thursday.
In addition to online food orders, snacks will be available for sale each Thursday. Snacks can be purchased for .50 cents each. Please send money with your child for snacks only on Thursdays.
Bagels orders will be utilizing your HotLunchOnline.com account this year! Bagel Day starts in October and will continue every Tuesday when there’s school. Weekly orders must be placed by 11:59 PM on the previous Tuesday.
8th Grade Fundraiser - Tuesday Ice Cream Sandwiches
We will be selling preorder ice cream sandwiches on Tuesdays to raise money for for the 8th Grade class trip to Washington DC and Gettysburgh in May.
Family user account may contain multiple student accounts.
Each student must have a separate student account when placing an order in order to ensure each student gets their respective food selections..
You can order at any time prior to the previous Thursday at 11:59 pm.
Confirmed orders distribution list is downloaded directly from HotLunchOnline.com, which is used when placing the order with the vendor and for distributing lunches on Thursdays. Only students whose name is on the list will receive their ordered items. No additional food is ordered from the vendor.
You can login to HotLunchOnline.com any time to confirm your order history.
There are no refunds on confirmed orders.
If there is an event, such as a snow day, which causes Hot Lunch to cancelled unexpectedly that Thursday, your paid order for that day will be considered prepaid for the next time that vendor is scheduled.
