Openings are still available for
grades 1-8 for the
2011-2012 school year.

The theme for Catholic Schools Week 2012 is “Catholic Schools: Faith. Academics. Service.”  The annual observance this year is from Sunday, January 29th through Friday, February 3rd. The theme focuses on three priorities that Catholic schools establish that make them stand out from other educational institutions. Children are taught Faith – not just the basics of Christianity, but how to have a relationship with God.  Academics, which in Catholic schools are held to very high standards, help each child reach his or her potential.  Service, the giving of one’s time and effort to help others, is taught both as an expression of faith and good citizenship.

St. Edith School will have an OPEN HOUSE on Saturday, Jan. 28th after the 5:00 Mass (5:30-7:30 pm) and on Sunday, Jan. 29th after all Masses (8:30 am-1:30 pm).  Please stop in and visit!  Meet the teachers, tour the school, and find out what we are all about!!

Join us during Catholic Schools Week on
Wednesday, February 1, 2012
