About me: 

I have taught second and third grade in the past but this is my first time teaching first grade and my first year at St. Edith.  I believe it is my job to facilitate student learning by creating a classroom community where children can grow in their curiosity about the world around them.  The religion curriculum is integrated with various subjects and it enables the children to grow closer to Jesus each day.  Students are busy learning how to "do school", a big transition for most, and diving into the basics of reading and math.
